This policy applies when you visit nexus-prime.cfd, create or use a Nexus Prime account, activate a license, or contact us about support or a pilot. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of coding agents, model providers, package registries, or other third-party services you choose to use.
2. What we collect
Account and access data
- Your name, email address, and account identifiers.
- Your password, which is processed by our authentication provider. We do not display it back to you.
- Organization name when you choose to provide one.
- License plan, activation, lease, install identifier, status, and related timestamps.
Security and request data
- IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service logs.
- Signup and login attempt records, captcha responses, and form-timing signals.
Website and communication data
- Page path, page title, referrer domain, clicks, form events, reading activity, and device or browser information used to understand the site.
- The address, message, and attachments you send when you email support or request a team pilot.
Local work stays separate. Installing Nexus Prime does not give this website automatic access to your source code, repository contents, model prompts, or local workspaces.
3. How we use data
- Create and secure your account.
- Issue, activate, synchronize, and support Nexus Prime licenses.
- Respond to support, privacy, and pilot requests.
- Prevent automated abuse, investigate failures, and protect the service.
- Understand which public pages and product paths are useful.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Browser storage, location, and retention
The account experience stores a session token in your browser's local storage so you can stay signed in. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers where its tag is active. You can clear browser storage or block analytics through your browser.
Providers may process data in countries other than your own. We keep account and license records while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and operational purposes. Retention periods can differ by record type.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Delete personal data or close your account, subject to records we must retain.
