"14 developers onboarded to Cursor in one day"
Engineering Lead · ML Infrastructure Startup

We were rebuilding our ML pipeline orchestration layer — a 14-person team, half backend, half ML. We’d standardized on Cursor for editing and Claude Code for long-form reasoning. The problem: nobody had the same context. Every developer’s agent understood the codebase differently.

The cognitive fragmentation was real. PRs from agent-assisted sessions needed twice as many review rounds because reviewers had to decode what the agent had (mis)understood.

Nexus Prime solved the fragmentation problem. We set up a shared memory baseline — architecture decisions, service contracts, naming conventions, the “why” behind our data model — and let Nexus distribute it across every dev’s agent sessions. One configuration. Team-wide consistency.

The day we rolled it out, we onboarded 14 developers to a new Cursor workflow in a single Slack announcement. Session DNA made agent handoffs between Cursor and Claude Code seamless. You’d finish a reasoning session in Claude Code and drop straight into Cursor edit mode with full context already loaded.

We merged 43 PRs that week. Our all-time weekly record.
